Etisalat Unlimited Tweak For mobile and Pc throttling Speed.

Just follow this steps to set it up:-

Step 1: Download PSIPHON HANDLER HERE >>

step 2: Your device Must be rooted{use kingroot latest version to root}

step 3: If You are on any chat pack please dial *343*5# to opt out

step 4: load 100 naira : dial *200*3*3*2*1*1# and make sure your 100
box is deducted


» Create New APN settings On Your Phone As Follows:

» APN: etisalat

» Save And Activate it as your default settings.

» Launch Psiphon handler and set it up as follows;

» Open Psiphon handler, scroll down and tick Remove Port

» Under it you will see Proxy Type, just tap and choose Real Host

» Scroll down to Proxy Server and input mobile.facebook.com

» Then scroll down to the bottom and click Save

» Immediately you click save, a pop up message will appear requesting
to use Tunnel whole device, just tap on the option to Tunnel Whole
Device and it will take you to the next phase

» Choose the Option Menu

» Under this Option menu, you will see Select Region, tap and select
USA or any other region

» Still on the Option menu, you will see the More Option tab below,
tap it and then scroll down to Proxy Settings and tick the Connect
through an HTTP Proxy, check the box

» Still on the More Option, select Use the following settings

» Then scroll down to Host Address and input 176.31.170.48 port 3128

» Go back to the main page of the Psiphon and tap the start button
below, then wait for it to connect, it will connect and after that
just minimize and start up your browser and any other apps.


ONCE ITS CONNECTED ALL YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE WORKING 101%

NOTE: - Whenever they throttle the speed, restart Psiphon then off and
on your data like 2-3 times and your speed will be back to normal


PC USERS: DO THESE

STEP 1: ONCE YOU ARE CONNECTED OPEN WWW.FACEBOOK.COM ON YOUR BROWSER
{FIREFOX OR CHROME} WITHOUT USING SIMPLE SERVER......

ONCE ITS WORKING

STEP2: WATCH ANY FACEBOOK VIDEO:

STEP 3: AFTER WATCHING:
GOTO YOUR SIMPLE SERVER AND EDIT THE INI FILE
USE THAT IP AND PORT AS STATED BELOW AND THAT HOST AS STATED BELOW
SAVE IT
AND CHANGE YOUR PC CONNECTION TO 127.0.0.1 PORT 8080

connect your ss and minimize
Download psiphon for pc HERE

Once ure done downloading

open it

click on settings

scroll to upstream proxy
hostname: localhost
port : 8080

tick the last box

click Okay

and connect

After its connected u will see its port {5digit} copy it
open your web browsers manauly input
127.0.0.1 with the port u copied
and thats all.

save and start surfing with speed
Make sure you applied the subscription above and you are to do it once
use same ip and port in IDM FOR HEAVY DOWNLOADS....
